Crockpot Steak Tips
These crockpot steak tips are easy to make. Simply put them on in the morning, head to work or errands and when you get home dinner will be done. Simply add rice or mashed potatoes and a salad to finish it off.
Ingredients for Crockpot Steak Tips

- 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (55g) butter, cubed
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (2g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (3g) onion powder
Directions

- Place steak cubes in the slow cooker.
- Whisk broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, pepper, and onion powder; pour over the beef.
- Top with butter cubes, cover, and cook on Low for 4 hours.
- Once tender, stir the beef to coat it in the sauce.
- Let your crockpot steak tips rest for 5 minutes before serving hot with bread and over rice, cauli rice or potatoes.
Notes
For the softest steak bites, use sirloin or ribeye rather than stew meat. High-quality steak holds its moisture better, ensuring the meat stays juicy while it cooks
You can easily freeze leftovers so these crockpot steak tips are great for a freezer meal. If you use a vacuum sealer, they will last even longer in the freezer.
