Add the Garlic
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until it becomes fragrant.

Add the Seasonings
Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well so the beef is evenly coated with the spices.

Add the Liquid and Pasta
Pour in the Beef broth and heavy cream. Add the pasta and stir so the pasta is mostly covered with the liquid.

Simmer the Pasta
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce begins to thicken.

Add More Liquid if Needed
If the pasta starts to stick or the sauce gets too thick, add a small splash of chicken broth or water.

Add the Parmesan
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.

Serve
Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desire
